An auditors firm in Durbanville is looking for an individual that will be able to maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. The key duties are:

Administration (including calculation) of the company’s internal payroll.

Administration of all types of leave on internal system.

Administration of staff training in collaboration with the respective head of department.

Enforcement of internal firm policies.

Monitoring and amendment of employment equity plan

Recruitment of new staff (Trainee accountants: SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, Permanent staff)

Administration of all disciplinary processes of the firm

Social media administration (LinkedIn, Facebook)

Advertising and branding of the firm

Administration of accreditation and re-accreditation of the firm with governing bodies SAICA, SAIPA and IRBA.

Submission of returns for SETA(FASSET) funding.

Submission of COIDA returns to the department of labour.

General well-being of personnel.

Minimum requirements: Appropriate BCom degree. Afrikaans & English speak and write

In dept knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll and SAGE VIP Premier ESS
